    Question W203 phone system fuse?

I'm installing the factory-type phone & bluetooth interface in my '07 C230, and the instructions reference making sure specific fuses and relays are in place in the front & rear SAM, and in the interior (side of dash) fusebox.

One of these, fuse #40 in the interior fuse box, there is no slot for.

There are what appear to be "plug in" style fuse receptacles for most of the fuse positions, but not for #40 and a few others.

Can anyone tell me if this fuse is really required for the phone & bluetooth, or is this a TelAid-only thing?

Are the MB "fuse receptacles" that apparently plug into (& clip onto) the fusebox available? I tried using the number embossed on the small plastic part, but so far I've had no luck finding it.

My car originally came with Audio 20 and the telephone antenna, but not TelAid. I have recently installed a used MCS-II COMAND unit. The car appears to be "prewired" for phone, but not for satellite radio.

Up to a certain date, all American W203 were pre-wired.

If you cant find #40 in the side of the dashboard then use the first available slot. That is just a power feed.
