Default Audio-20-CD to Comand NTG2.5 conversion for w211

i live in latin america. i own a 2008 e350 (european version) and wish to upgrade to w211 ntg2.5 comand aps from the audio-20-cd. however, i do not know if the car has harman kardon sound system. there is no phone. what needs to be purchased? ntg2.5 head unit? conversion set of wiring adapters, antennas? where can i purchase these items? who can do the installation?
authorized mercedes benz dealer in panama is truly lousy and of no help.
i appreciate any suggestions that might be offered. thank you.

No Harmon Kardon but you must remove the CD changer and mobile phone control module.

    Parts needed.
    ----------------
    - Headunit wiring adapter
    - Microphone extension cable.
    - voice control stalk.

    Procedure
    ------------
Ignore all of the optical wiring. Secure so it doesnt rattle.

Extend a cable to the rear left passenger seat and junction with the microphone wires that go overhead.

With these processes you should be able to restore phone function, GPS, Voice control.

Please note that K12 is installed.

If the diagnostic asks, do you have K12 installed. Click yes.
