I frankly don't know what to do anymore.I had a Star tester on the car yesterday and I had a fault code: Fault Code D 100. A communication problem exists between Most master and most predecessor component.
Most precedessor component according to specified MOST configuration: Comand or AUDIO. This meen's that tha optic fiber is cut between these two components? Most master I think is AGW and predecessor component is the comand. Where cand I find the AGW unit located on my car?

Raven, the head unit has failed - I suspect the fibre optic transciever internal to the unit which is part of the 'COMAND/Audio' function has failed.

There is effectively no fibre that could be damaged/broken between these two, so it is an internal issue with either
    a) The whole COMAND/Audio function of the COMAND
    b) The fibre optic transmitter in the COMAND/Audio function
    c) The fibre optic receiver in the AGW function

Remember the COMAND funcion and the AGW function are all built into the same head unit box.

You need to replace the head unit.
