I will get comand online to list the ML HK wiring loom. Its easiest to start with that (so you can check all the loom colours) and move the subwoofer wiring from that into the existing HK amplifier plug

However, given this worked on the ML without amp change, I think it is worth doing the fibre-optic bypass first and seeing if that car works !!

I think the HK menu could appear if it is set to 'force audio via external amp' even if MOST bus was turned off. Certainly the menus for UCI appear if UCI is enabled but MOST not on or MOST disconnected ..

    Cheers

In another thread you list this as the needed parts.

    Amp 1 (subwoofer) A211 870 51 89
    Bracket for above: A251 545 08 40
    Amp 2: (main amp) A251 870 31 90
    Bracket for above: A251 540 08 40
    Wiring loom for HK: A251 820 00 44

But A251 820 00 44 is a windshield wiper?? You have the corect number for this?

Eek. Looking at EPC again it is probably A251 440 18 34 but I have not ordered one to be sure. EPC says "Electrical Wiring Harness, Loudspeaker, From MY09, 510+810, 511+810, 512+810 ......
