About LinkBacksLooking on the Dynavin web site they have a unit that fits in the W211 and CLC in place of the Audio 20.Will this fit in a W209 CLK MY06 or is it a slightly different size.

Its a completely different size/shape i'm afraid.
Only a unit designed for W209 will fit - even W203 is different at the corners..
