Thread: NTG4 firmware version

I have a 2008 US W204 C-class with the NTG4, how can I find out what version of command I have installed and what is the latest version available to be upgraded at the dealership..a part or reference number to give would help..

well dropped her of at the dealership today.. told them that the aux volume was lower then the others and that the BT would randomly drop the phone (made up) gave them the TSB # S-B-82.85/597a on the ipod amp and told them to check the Telematic cd's for a firmware upgrade to give it the boost option under AUX.. We'll see what happens.. fingers crossed..
