I just bougt a tv tuner for my w207 with comand
I have run the cables and most cable , and add 863 to data card
But I still can't update software for comand please help
I have activate the tv tuner in comand but still not working when I go to tv menu it will give me a blank screen ... Please help
Where can I get the new firmware ?? Please help

Does Star Diagnosis (Xentry) see the TV tuner in the MOST ring in the correct place ?

Given it actually shows a blank screen rather than 'No TV' it does sound possible that its coded properly but you have not connected the Video input to the right place

sir i have check the wires and everywires it in the correct place but its act very strangely

when i switch to tv mode i can see tv on my claster but blank screen on comand
and i try to go to tv or preset it cant work .

do you have a email i can send some videos clips to you ??

Where did the video wire connect to on the COMAND ?

You may just need the latest firmware installed on everything - this requires (a) Star Diagnosis (b) The latest firmware update disks (c) An SCN online coding account. (i.e MB dealer or independent with a genuine Star Diagnosis machine)

Did anyone check if the TV tuner is getting power ?

Yes sir the tv tuner has power .. Tested and confirm .. And xentry is able to detect it ..

I would also check via initial startup that the TV tuner was in the same image format as the headunit. Sometimes you get a combination of PAL and NTSC and it doesnt work.

Is there any audio at all ?

What happens if you activate one of the AUX ports and attach a source ?

i have use xentry to test the audio it work , there is a test sound come from speaker ,

but the video is still a black screen . even if i put a video in or audio in on the aux ...

what i notice is the part number that sold to me is A2218706089

what is the correct part number i should have for w2073572A******

please advise ...

The part number does NOT cross-match with the car. This TV tuner is for NTG 2.5 (Model Year 808)

Try A221900 8502 or 6101 or 8400 as per the last 4 digits.
