Default W203 retrofit project Thermotronic in combination with sunsensor

I would like to upgrade my car a W203 C-class with thermatic to thermotronic.
But I want it fully working, so I found the cable with the heated screenwasher tips. The partnumber for the sun-sensor that you need to build in in the grill on the hood. But if I buy the cable, are the connectors there and is it just plug and play or do I for example need to lead another cable into the interiour to the thermotronic unit?

This job requires the following parts.

    a) Pollution sensor and screw
    b) Sun sensor (between washer jets)
    c) Wiring harness for sun sensor (also comes with heated washer jet harness).
    d) Pollution sensor harness (usually present in car).

    -------------------------------------------------
    6 additional stepper motors
    1 stepper motor harness
1 blower box housing for 581
1 small lever kit (foot flaps)
1 large lever kit (all other flaps)
1 upgraded control unit for 581
1 temperature sensor left and right
    1 charcoal filter element
    1 filter element cover door.

1 dashboard / cockpit harness OR the 581 main harness with external sensor wiring.
    -----------------------------------------------

You will need to break the bar which joins the upper left flaps to the upper right flaps. The rest just replaces existing and is a direct bolt on. I had fun doing mine.

Do you perhaps know the part numbers of all, because I think it's smarter to order everything new. I think I also need recoding of the car to make it know that option 581 is installed completly?

Check the price of the pollution sensor first. I got mine really cheaply at MBGTC in Stuttgart. It is EXTREMELY expensive. The stepper motors are not far behind.

The part numbers vary often enough that I would have no idea at all. My best advice is to use a chassis number from a C55 or some other car which is fitted with all the parts you want. These tend to be usually AMG cars. Coding is usually done just for calibration. The actual car itself doesnt need to know much at all. There may be one menu some place.

Since my car is right hand drive I also went to the bother of fitting heated washer fluid. In a right hand drive car it is very simple.

Do I need to change the reservoir for that too? Because that was a nice extra. But true I do drive a left hand drive car and I was thinking about that because the mounting screw of the reservoir broke on mine.

The heated washer system uses the same bottle as the Xenon washer system. The only difference is the lid. Doesnt cost much.

The actual heated washer system itself is very simple. It uses an extension of the heated water system and runs coiled pipes into the bottle. As I recall it has a Y-pipe at the hot water hose that goes into cabin heater and it has a junction at the REST pump (you need a new REST pump). Some variations take place at the rest pump location depending on what is fitted to your car. A small tube clips to the underside of the bumper bar reinforcement. The heated washer system just siphons water from the heating system and runs it through pipes into the washer bottle storage. Then back into the low pressure side of the water coolant system.

    It operates on heat transfer.

On a left hand drive car the pipes are annoying to install but the whole option is quite inexpensive. Does your car have a REST pump ?

I have the rest pump function, so that's already good but to get everything in place it's going to be very hard to do. Because I don't have a bridge to lift the car and work underneath it. So this thermotronic upgrade fully working is actually going to cost me a whole lot more than expected. Hope it's going to be worth it.

The washer heater does not need a lift. Mine was done just leaning over the car.

You will need to take the bumper off regardless since you already have a broken container.
