Thread: Retrofitting/updating 2002 CLK 55 for iPhone 4?

My 2002 CLK 55 AMG radio console has a MB telephone and cradle in the center console/armrest with controls on steering wheel. What is needed to retrofit/update/use my iPhone 4 with the car's control system/speakers via bluetooth and what would be the approximate cost of installation?

Assuming that phone connection is for a Nokia 6310i, then all you need is this:

Comand Online Ltd :: Mercedes Phone/Bluetooth :: ViseeO MBU1000 Bluetooth for Mercedes Benz

It plugs in, car thinks it has a 6310i, and it bluetooths to the iPhone, downloadng phonebook etc etc

However, if the car has the fixed phone system (i.e not a removable mobile phone), then its more tricky - talk to sales@comandeurope.com about having it replaced with the UHI phone system and a bluetooth adapter installed ..
