Thread: 2008 C350 / W204 - COMAND LCD Screen Not Turning On

hey all,

hopefully someone can help me out here.

a few days ago, the 7" screen stopped working - it just shows a black screen.
the lcd screen motor power, head unit & all the functions still work, just not the screen.

anyone have any ideas what the issue could be, or what to troubleshoot?

or does anyone happen to have the pinout diagram for the head unit to the lcd screen?

Was it factory fitted ?

Yes, but out of warranty now.

You need someone to run a screen test. No need for makeup.

Is that something done from the engineering menu?

Or is it something that test the video output by using a test screen?
