Thread: Integrating phone and ipod into W169 Audio20

Hi,

I currently have a 2006 C-Class Sport Coupe to which I have added the MB bluetooth phone module, and also have had an ipod transmitter hard wired, so all I need to do is connect the ipod to the cable and select one of the FM radio memory positions.

Today, I part-exchanged the car for a 2006 W169 A180cdi Elegance which also has an Audio20 and steering wheel controls, however does not seem to have any built-in bluetooth or other telephone integration capability.

I'd like to have an integrated system, rather than use a sun visor or headset and wondered if it was possible to connect my Blackberry or other handset with bluetooth to the Audio20.

I assume the radio transmitter could also easily be switched over, but this is not so important that the phone.

All ideas/suggestions/advice welcomed, with thanks in advance.

The easiest would be to install 2010 NTG 2.5 navigtion and UCI ipod kit.

Then you will have GPS, Bluetooth, DVD, iPOD and Hard drive navigation.
