Hi I have a 2009 C class w/ blue tooth and single cd want to upgradde to a nav and 6 disc chg can buy unit online will this just be a remove and replace or there a lot of wiring involved, the unit id from the uk will it work in the us.

You can install the full COMAND system. There is some wiring involved and adding of a vent system. Kits are available for that from www.comandonline.co.uk

Pretty sure you can not use EU units in USA cars - it doesnt work for the new NTG2.5 cars, or the old NTG2 cars, and I suspect same is for NTG4-W204 ..
