Hi

I´m a new MB owner - driving my E270 CDI from 2003 for only two weeks now - and enjoying it. However - for the last couple of days there has been a howling sound when I accelerate. It does not come throuht the the hifi speakers, but seems to come from the outside. Im in Croatia on holliday and dont know if I should look up a MB work shop here or wait until I get back home - Denmark - next week.

Any suggestions what it could be and how serious it is? Thanks

Thanks...I found one in Gradac not to far away from the Island Hvar, where I am at the moment. Called him and he sounded like he knew what the problem was. Seeing him tomorow.
