Can anyone help?
I retrofitted a command to a 2007 clk replacing the audio 20. I have got someone to sort out the phone with star but cannot get the sat nav to work (radio works fine). The screen says Sat Nav cannot be activated. When I use the version 8 DVD (came with the unit) the screen goes black for a few moments then reverts to the audio. I have borrowed a Version 11 and when I try, it says loading then nothing happens. I have had the unit tested by an audio shop who say the drive is fine as is the laser.

Anyone offer any help / suggestions please - I want to go to France next weekend !!!!

There is a known issue that causes the 'Navigation Can not be activated' message if V9.0 has been run and the power has been removed.

However, I don't recall the blank scren thing you describe.

Install a V9.0 DVD. Once that has activated put the V11 in.
