I have a w204 c250 cgi fully optioned. However I just noticed that the interior fuse box was never fitted in the factory. very surprising discovery given tha fact that the car is fully optioned.
I just installed illuminated door sills to my car and I noticed that I am lacking the interior fuse box next to the steering wheel to attach the fuse from the illuminated door sills. Rather than attaching the wire elsewhere I decided to purchase the fusebox,(it only costs 20 pounds) and retrofit it to my car. However I have a question. Is there a wiring harness that connects the interior fuse box to the front SAM? If not, does anyone have a part number to order this wiring harness? Otherwise is it too difficult to fabricate one? i think it is only one live wire. Anyone expert that can help me out or any w204 owner that already has the interior fuse box and can check the wiring harness and give me some advice? Thank you

That wire is part of the cockpit harness or main floor harness. So you will have to make it from basic materials and connect it to the same place as per factory.

Can you help me out please by checking a w204 c class that already has the interior fusebox and please let me know what exactly wires I need, how long and where to connect them? Alternatively the part number of the harness that includes these wires would be useful so that I can order it and modify my own harness accordingly. Thank you

OK, here they are the appropriate wiring harnesses:
A2045400335 for LHD car A2045400435 for RHD car It appears that Mercedes has discontinued the interior fusebox from datecode 800, this is why my car does not have it... I may order this wiring harness and see how it goes. I am also attaching a photo of the nterior fusebox |
