I have a 2000 CL 500 (Almandine Black(purple)-sand interior) which I dont drive as much as I should. In 10 years I have put about 70,000 miles on it as a result of having 4 other cars. (Rover HSE,Benz SEL 560, Aston DB9,Audio A4Turbo Quattro).
most of the other vehicles have integrated phone systems (560 being the exception) and when I took the CL out last weekend it was a little frustrating not having the original convenience of using a hands free phone. I purchased a new PSE a couple of years ago and the Mercedes "puck" as well as an Argo module, none of which I know how to install.
Is there anything anywhere available today that is available to retrofit/upgrade to the original system.
A few years ago I got the sad news regarding the teleaid and phone system from Mercedes and scrambled to correct the problem but lost interest (and a few dollars) until now . Does anyone out there know of anything that could restore the original convenience? Much appreciated.
