Hi,

I currently have a Audio 50 APS with Navigation and DVD changer.

I want to get the comand with 7" Screen and PCMCIA and card slot.

Can anyone please tell if this is an easy upgrade, what parts are required and if any coding/programming involved.

Any help appreciated.

This is one of the more involved navigation upgrades. It involves pulling apart the front fuse box, most of the dashboard panels and installing a fan that is nearly impossible to fit.

Then you have the thread the new video cable through the existing ducting. Otherwise it installs very easily once the wiring is resolved.

I am assuming i would need the complete comand retrofit kit at Comand Online Ltd ?

Also, one more questions can i get my current system the Audio 50 APS to play DVD video ? or will it just DVD audio.

It will play DVD video at speeds under 5km/h
