Default "No phone" when connecting Nokia 6310i

Hi !
I´m new here on this superb site. I hope someone can help me with two problems on my w 203, 2005 mod. I recently bought. I believe it is upgraded from APS 50 nav to Comand NTG 2.

1. There is a cradle for Nokia 6310i, which I bought, hoping that handsfree could be used. The phone is charging, but on the Comand display shows "No phone". What to do ???

2. When I fetched my car I tried to pair my S.E. P1 since the display showed "bluetooth". For a minute or so the display showed "P1" but, concluded after some time "no connection". After having a retry both "Bluetooth" and "Post" disappeared from the Comand display, leaving it as no option any longer !! A local delar told me that this is Nav is not for that kind of use. "You can´t pair a bluetooth phone with this Comand". But why does it no longer show on the display ??

Hi

One generation of the phone controllers have bluetooth headset connectivity, when COMAND was factory fitted for a while they fitted BT antenna and you could pair a headset. As your car had Audio-50 I suspect the function is turned on in the phone controller. But it doesn't help you at all.

6310: Sounds like there is a a fault with the 6310 or the cradle you have bought. What is the part number of the cradle ?
