Can anyone help with step-by-step coding of a NTG 2.5 (coded originally with Harmon Kardon) to a 2007 ML (USA model, without Harmon Kardon).

A possible solution is to allow a guru into your diagnostic system using Teamviewer. Setup a session over the internet for a reasonable fee.

I think I have successfully recoded the NTG2.5 to my ML. All of the features seem to be functional. Can I still get locked out by a PIN now or is it recoded to my car? In teh antitheft info page it doesn't say either active or not active, just "---". It says possible causes are radio not activated, PIN incorrect, etc.
Does that mean the radio is not PIN protected? What happens when I upgrade the firmware? RIght now it says it is 30/08 (thirtieth week?)
And how do I get the nav info on the cluster?
