Default Comand problem in ML 2002.

All,

I have problem with my Comand in my ML 2002, I have the error codes N1116, B1010, B1736 and B1738.
The CD player does not work, and therefore the Navy does not work.
Does anyone have a clue what I should do to get it working?

Thanks!

N1116, - failure of another D2B unit, what is the numbers after that (tells which component has reported a fault)
B1010, - low battery at some pint
B1736 - fault reading CD
B1738 - GPS fault - again we need the number after that in the fault list

You should probably clear the faults (hold MUTE+0) and see what comes back

I'd try a CD cleaning disk on the CD drive (one with a small brush and very very small drop of cleaning fluid)

Richard,

I have now erased the codes, purchased a cleaning CD, used the cleaning CD for app 20 times, and still "Reading error".
And unfortenatley no new error codes appear?

Any suggestions please?

Martin
