Hi all -
I collected a new C Class Sport from MB on Friday.
I had them fit a Comand system - 6 cd/DVD/Blutooth and flip up screen.

There is a socket in the glovebox that takes one of the 3 supplied cables.

Plugging in the USB cable and a memory stick - enables me to play MP3s
Plugging in my iphone 3GS works fantastic for music and control.

My question is this - can I output videos from my iphone and play on the Comand screen?

There is another cable of the 3 that has a jack socket on one end. I have purchased a cable that connects to the iphone and the other end to phonos (this plugs into my home T/V and plays videos from the iphone). I have connected this cable via an adaptor essentialy connecting the iphone output into the jack plug - but no comination plays audio or video.

I just want to have an option of playing iphone video out on the Comand screen.

And finally - is there any way of enabling the DVD to display whilst in motion?
