Default Radio/sat nav come on when engine switched off
My E Class estate's radio and sat nav keep coming on even when the engine is switched off and the car locked. The garage say they have updated the software and checked the connections but cannot find anything wrong. Any ideas?

Sounds like a W211 COMAND unit. You must purchase a new COMAND head unit.
