retrofit 2009 CLS Command in 2006 CLS 55

Hello, all the information on this site has been very helpful, thank you.
Is it possible to retrofit a 2009 CLS Command Unit into a 2006 CLS 55? And also if I purchase the Command unit in europe, would all the functions work in the US including the GPS?

Yes it is some adapter looms, bluetooth antenna etc is needed, and if the CLS already had COMAND its more difficult. All available from Comand Online Ltd

However, you will need a US unit to work in North America as the EU units won't load US maps (and vice versa)
