Default M272 fault code

On a W221 MY06 with M272 engine I have from time to time the Mixture adaptation on the right bank beyond limits.
After erasing, all the actual data is OK.
This is happened again and again 2 or 3 days after erasing the fault till I upgraded the engine software.
Now the fault code is coming back after 2 weeks of driving.
I use only Eur5 gasoline with octane 100.

Car has only 32K km at her age and I am thinking to change the fuel filter.
Any advice should be appreciated!

I would be wondering if the oxygen sensor on the exhaust is faulty.

The O2 sensors is OK into Live Data and of course has no fault code stored.

I test the actuation of the camshaft 'magnets' and is OK on all 4 axes.

Only the adjustments (value in degree) for the right exhaust is near the minimum limits, but still in range.

As I remember from an old version of DAS (now I use 03-2010) the adjustment of camshaft can be initialized. Ex: if you change one or more camshaft).

The newer version of DAS has no such of menu.

If I choose to continue testing of camshaft actuators, with the answer NO when DAS ask if the value is correct, the next test ask to change the old 'magnets' with the new model ( xxx xxx 00 xx to xxx xxx 01 xx) and perform a road test (maybe this is the new camshaft ini!) with cold engine and to decelerate from 3000rpm to 1500rpm several times.
Interesting is the fact that the new DAS suggest this road test only when you change this magnets!

First I want to try to test the fuel filter (measuring the fuel pressure).

Can you advice the mileage interval for this kind of expensive fuel filter (as all M272,3 use it)?

Why would the fuel pressure be lower for one side only ?

I make the camshaft's adaption with cold engine, second gear, acc till 3000rpm and then back to 1500rpm several times.

Now the fault code remain stored after several days of driving and is the same on both engine sides.

Tomorow I will replace the fuel filter and also try to find a corect procedure for this adaptation.

Thanks,

I replace the fuel filter and nothing changed.

Today i drove till the fault code become Current. I check the Acual Value and both banks where beyond the limit with smaller value than specified.

DAS suggest to check the sealing rubber that connect to air filter housing, the value for air mass meter and the O2 sensors.

Everthing (on the same time as fault code was current) is it perfectly.

So, I test till now with DAS within Acual Values and Actuation menues:

actuation of the camshaft - all 4
O2 senzors - all 4
air mass senzor
intake presure senzor

I have no other ideeas, please help!
