DC Germany will just direct you to DC in your country, who will direct you to your nearest dealer.

The online EPCnet is useful tool for looking up the latest parts ..

Daimler AG - Service & Parts net

This will let you see almost the latest parts, although things do get superceded and only the dealer can see that.

PS, if you follow the 'National Information' links)

But, you will be sent to your local dealer in the end because it is your local dealer that is meant to supply parts to you (trade and retail)

Angry Gps dvd

i bought a gps dvd for my W207 from a retail but part number was given to me by C&C singapore parts dept , i wanted to buy from them but sad to say that they got no stock n have to wait for about 2 to 3 month to place order .
so when i went to a retail they said it takes about 3to 4 days to get the cd .
so i buy from the retail
but the dvd come with a new part number ( which C&C give me ) but a old map data (2008.01)
i got the dvd on 24/12/2009 which cost me about S$2000

when i call Daimler singapore they says that they only support C&C singapore
so if i bought from retail they do not support after sales .
but after all is a product from daimler ..
how should i go about ?
please help ....

In the UK, the retailer is responsible for the product.

I have no idea what the law is in Singapore.

I suspect if you bought it from C&C then Mercedes could ask C&C to refund your money and let you return the disk if you were unhappy - of course they are not going to do that if you bought a disk from someone else as they have no idea where it came from. I would also imagine that given the cost of disks for Singapore there are some fake ones around.

It is common for map data to be a few months old when the disk was first released - I assume the disks are finalised and well tested before they make it into the dealer network.

What is the part number of the disk you purchased? I will attempt to find roughly when it was first released
