can any one help me regarding warranty form merc dealers themselves
what does it cover?

they say it covers everything?
i was driving around and i noticed i have a cracked windscreen on my e class,purchased from merc dealer, only 2 months and its under 1 year warranty

Here (UK) I think its everything except
wear and tear / service items
accidental damage

So your windscreen falls into accidental damage as its likely to be a stone chip etc that caused it. Here our car insurance companies pay for windscreens - theres normally an excess but it doesn't affect your claims history.
