what is the diff for das and xentry
is it a seme program or is a diff ???
please

when i install it say xentry ( diagnosis assistence system )
so is it a same program ??

how do i get the setting for w212 and w207 ???
please advise

On current Star Diagnosis

a) you can start DAS directly but only use it for vans (etc) no cars
b) For cars You start by running Xentry.
If its a W204/W212/W207 Xentry provides the diagnosis
Otherwise it invokes DAS for the selected car type.

There were versions of DAS that supported W204, but it soon switched over to Xentry instead (early in 2009)

Go look at Mercedes WIS & DAS install guides - they are the people that know most about Star Diagnosis
