Default W211 propshaft vibration ?

when driving uphill a coarse vibe sets in at any speed, if I accelerate it appears to disappear until the engine is under light load once more. This symptom occurs when on a camber as well, could this be caused by the propshaft support bearing having wear in the rubber bonding of the housing?

I would suspect that the differential or gearbox are also in need of inspection.

Or it has a torque converter issue and possibly glycol contamination.
