Default Throttle Actuator / M112 vs M113

I wonder if the unit carries good compatibility since ME 2.0 allows for bootstrapping. Not knowing the capability electrically, I found both are compatible mechanically. If not, I wonder if ECU re-programming can make it work.

Thanks.

The ME is very versatile. I dont really know what you are intending to do though.

Have you got part numbers for the 2 different throttle actuators.

I doubt there is any intelligence in them, and thus if they are different in terms of response to the engine management ECU I imagine someone could be able to re-map it ..

What are you trying to acheive ??

Both are interchangeable mechanically, but the bores differ and may perform distinctly in flow rate. I don't know if they are electrically compatible, but if they are and the ME 2.0 can auto-regulate the distinct flow rate then certain gain may be achievable.....

FYI. 1121410025 R .vs. 1131410025
