I recently got a good deal on a CLK55 AMG cluster and would like to try putting it in my 05 C240. From what I have learned so far I may have issues with mileage and fuel amounts. I do not think the AMG cluster is new. Does anyone know what other issues I may face or any other info?

It depends on which car has the higher mileage. It will go to that reading. So when you go to sell the car it will need a new ignition switch AND a new cluster. Just buy the cluster new.
