I have a ml320 2000, and I was told it could have the window lift on it it does not work at the moment but can it be re programmed to work if so how,

If its programmable at all, it would need to be done using Star diagnosis to code the Extended Activity Module (EAM).

If you look at the exterior door handles, do they have the little infra-red pickup on them (small black square) which would be needed (since total closure is done by infrared rather than radio to make sure you are near by)

I do not know whether it is programmable or not though.
