Thread: NTG 2.5 and external amps

I retrofitted the ntg 2.5 unit in my NCV3 Sprinter van and learned quite
some new things along the way

But some things are still a mystery to me ...
First, how do you connect an external amp to the unit since there is no
regular cinch line out ?

Second, how can I get the linguatronic voice control working and what parts
do I need ? I have no multifunctional steering wheel or linguatronic lever on the steering column. Is there a retrofit manual for this job ?

I also noticed there is no rear view camera option in my system menu ?

I think for practical purposes they never bothered with Harmon Kardon for Sprinter. They certainly can take it however the installation would be undocumented.

There are additional parts available for
- Voice control
- Multifunction
- Central Gateway
- Reversing camera

You just have to purchase more parts.
