Hi Loads of helpful info on here.I have yet another bluetooth question !
I have a 56 plate W209 CLK350 with pre wired phone kit and Comand system.I have paired all 3 phones in household without any problem , but when I try to sync the contacts it doesnt happen for any of the phones. Have emailed viseeo with no response so far.

After pairing, the green light should start flashing. 1st time you need to wait for it to go solid (can take ages), then press the 2nd button down (which drops the connection between viseeo and car, re-establishes and transfers the address book it just uploaded from your phone). Did you do that ?

Yes left it with green light flashing for over 30 minutes on each phone without success ?

Try leaving one for longer (an hour) - but it sounds like something is confusing the phonebook download.

I suggest upgrading to the latest firmware on the MB2 (and the phones) and then doing a master reset twice. The pair 1 phone and see if it's sync completes ever.

You didn't tell us whether the phones are the same or different (or what they are) and how big the phonebooks are.

There was an early MB-2 bug with address book transfer that was fixed months ago.
