I am a new user!
I have a Mercedes E200 compressor with Radio CD unit Audio 20.
I want to upgrade to NTG2.5 hdd comand gps.

What exactly i need to do this?

As you have Audio-20-CD (not Audio-20-Casette or Audio-50-APS or COMAND)

W211 NTG2.5 unit: eBay, or talk to sales@comandonline.co.uk who can supply a brand new unit if you want.
Maps if unit is brand new

(one contains a microphone, the other a wiring loom to connect to the existing microphone if your car has phone)

PS. If buying a used unit, be careful to ensure that you get the PIN code if its a PIN coded unit (newer units are), also ensure the unit has not been setup for Harmon Kardon or you will have fun coding it to make the sound work.
