Thread: A2048200535 any good for me?

I'd like to use this in a beat up old ML500 that I bought from a dodgy seller some time back

Ideally I'd like it to tie up with Nokias 6310i and 6300 If it would talk to a Blackberry, that would be a bonus.

Glad to see my old ML500 is treating you well.

A2048200535 is SAP Version 2 cradle. The ML500 (being a W163) has D2B and in this case UHI so the cradle is compatible with the car.

However, I think (pretty sure) that the Nokia 6310i does not supports SAP (Remote Sim) protocol. The 6300 will work fine. The SAP V2 does not work with Blackberry's SAP implementation (only the SAP V3 will).

So 1 out of 3 isnt that encouraging. From memory all Nokia's since the 6230i support SAP.

The Viseeo MB-2 will most likely work for you (although again, the 6310i is very old and address book transfer on some of them (presumably with early firmware in the phone) can be dicky. You also won't get the benefit of the external aerial with the MB-2
