I have the MB bluetooth cradle and a Palm Centro (recommended by MB) phone. The phone will receive calls through the hands free method and will connect calls but ... when I get the connect signal on the nav screen, there is no sound. I have tried calling home and the phone connects but I don't hear a ring nor do I hear the voice when it is connected. Ideas?

I would check to see if there is a firmware update for your phone.e

I think that, fficially, there are no Palm phones supported by MB ...
