Default Visseo MB2 problem

Just purchased an MB2. I have paired it with our 55 E280 no problem however the volume of the person i am talking too is too low and is no good at all?

I tried connecting to my PC pressed the pairing button and found new hardware goes to instal drivers and can not find any.

I have downloaded the upgrade platform and am at a loss with that too.

I have the dip switches set correctly on the Viseeo, all i want is to hear the person i am talking too and am unable to fix this problem. Seems very complcated to upgrade the firmware and in my case impossible.

Any help or ideas what i am doing wrong please?

I looked on the Viseeo site for driver downloads and can not see any.

Please help as i am loosing it with this Viseeo.

What happens if you increase the volume in a call, does the radio become too loud ?

Was the MB-2 new ? - there is a known fault in an older version of software that causes this which is fixed by updating the firmware and fully resetting it. New MB-2 should always have had this pre-installed.

You need to download the driver set from ViseeO - Innovation and Competitive Advantage,ODM/OEM and After Market Products,Continuous Customer Relationship Building - MBU-1000,MBU-2000,ck390,ck391,Bluetooth Upgrade Kit and install those first - its awkard first time as you have discovered.

As Benzmodz notes that the volume control is independant for the phone, so just occasionally people say its too quiet but just need to turn up the volume whilst actually on the call

Sorry for delay.

Who supplied it ? If it was Comand Online i'm sure they'll do the firmware updates for you
