I drive a 2008 C300 Sport, and the other day I was driving and hit a pothole at about 40 miles an hour. Now my popout screen will not open, and my radio continues to play even when I take the key out of the ignition. On top of that, when I look under the "Navi" option in my steering wheel display, it tells me that I'm on a certain street, when I am no where near that area. Do you think something could have been jarred loose when I hit the pot hole? And do you think it is covered by Warranty?

I suspect the hard disk in the COMAND unit has broken since all those functions are controlled from COMAND :-(

I'd take it back to the dealer and say "its stopped working" and have them fix it under warranty.

Yes, they will beleive it - those units do fail from time to time. Dont mention the pot hole ..
