Command Aps NTG1 version firmware = 30/06 and I would like know if it´s possible to access to the secret menu from the engineer mode.

That is the Model Year 2007 and you can not access the engineering mode where you can then change things. There is a 'diagnostic' mode which lets you look at stuff but not change anything.

Try holding NAV and 5 keys together for 10 seconds when the MAP is showing.
