    Default Audio Advice [W203]

    Hi all......

I have a late 2004 plate W203 - the Audio20 unit is about to pack up and I have been advised that I need to replace it...... is a straight replacement best or is there something out there that can give me ipod connectivity (not in any way essential) and replace (or keep) my current retrofitted Parrot bluetooth phone link.......?

    Any advice welcome

    Thanks

    Kev

A 2009 Radio from a CLC Coupe W203 would be very desirable. It has a built in stacker (some models) and integrated factory bluetooth. Even at the additional cost of finding a used one at a high price, it comes with many features which work directly from the steering wheel.

    you may need professional installation.

    SLK R171 model shown.

    Hi,

You could upgrade to Comand very easily. If you are interested then send an email to sales@comand.co.uk with your chassis number and they will quote for you.

thanks for your replies guys.... I have emailed comand and await their response,

but in the meantime... i have spied a Mercedes Audio 50 APS Navigation unit on ebay - would this be a good buy? will it work in my car? and what other bits would i also need to get in order to make it function properly?

(sorry for all of the questions, but the more investigation I carry out, the more confused I become!)

    thanks again

    kev
