I ordered the head unit from e-bay for 300 euros and found the conversion kit also on e-bay for 149 euros. Now i'm waiting for the package to arive. I'll keep you posted and will post some pics with the whole replacement process.
By the way... Do i need to code something with the star diagnosis or it will work right away? Thank you!

Package arrived today. Later this afternoon i'll put myself to work. Here are some photos with the unit and the conversion kit.

Finished after about 2 hours of work. Many big thanks to the guys from mercupgrades.com for the very detailed photo tutorial on how to dismantle the audio system.
COMAND APS Retrofit (E,CLS)

The major problem was hiding the microphone wire. But now it is all right and everything's working like a charm. Now i'm happy.
