    One more think Richard, wich side of the car is best to feed the mic cable to the RVM

    Its easier on the passenger side because its easier to drop the cover below glovebox rather than the one below steering wheel, and there are no moving parts below glovebox - so no chance of wires getting damaged by steeirng column when it moves.

    Also, you may have that side out if you are fitting iPod kit at the same time..

    Your NTG2.5 unit is coded for Harmon Karden - this means it's internal amplifier is turned off. (even though it can not see the HK amp, it still won't give any sound)

    The unit needs coding by someone with Star Diagnosis AND factory/engineering mode to re-configure it properly ..

    Thanks to Richard Expertise , the unit is working now and I have today installed the VC lever therefore I have the linguatronic working now.
    As soon that I have some spare time I will play with it to masterize
