Thread: command 2.5 navigation freezes

i have a s class from 2000 -s 320- i have problems with my navigation, when i put a adress in , its freeze and delays, and suddenly restarts, i have resat the system to the factory default. can anybody help me what to do, the cd is from 1999 and the command has not been updated

You need to put a cleaning disk in and clean the laser heads. Use one which uses a small drop of special liquid, and do it a few times with a very very small drop of liquid.

When its all behaving itself you should have the newer MY2001 firmware installed and get a newer map disk
