JUST RELAESED I AHVE TO REPLACE THE COMMAND UNIT AND NOT THE NAV UNIT,,AND THE DVD THAT PLZYS THE MOVIE HAS JUST BROKEN DOWN TODAY,,MERC SAID WEN THEY PLUGED IT INTO THE STAR DIGNOISTIC IT SHOW AN ERROR ON THE COMMANND UNIT,,SO THAT HAS TO GO,,

SEEN ONE ON THE NET THE SAME PLZCE I GOT MY NAV UNIT ,FOR £399 AND CAN PUT AN OFFER ON IT TOO,,AND FREE NEXT DAY DEL ,,SAME ZLL GOOD,,

IS THE COMMAND UNIT AN EASY STRAIGHT SWAP OVER??
MERCDES SAID IT WILL NEED TO BE PROGRAM INTO THE CAR??

RICAHRD HOW MUCH FOR U TO PUT IT INTO MY CAR?

Follow the instructions on Mercedes Electronics upgrades, installation and retrofits showing you how to remove the head unit and replace.

There is no coding of the COMAND unit needed on W211.
