Thread: Command system [W204 GLK]

Hi everyone,
Just brought a 2010 GLK350 with a command system. I keep getting a warning message to avoid distraction while using command then the system shuts off and I am not able to turn it on. This happens every time I start the car. I am in park and the system shuts off. I'm not able to keep the system running. Can anyone help me? Planning to take it in to the dealership. I brought it used and not from Mercedes-Benz.

Sounds like an issue with the COMAND itself. Cheapest option for you is to take it to the dealer and let them sort it under warranty
