Thread: Latest software version for ntg 2.5

I need to up date the software and maps on my NTG 2.5. HDD type commandRetro fit by myself into a 54 w211 estate. I am going to take the car to Command.co.uk in Lightwater, any one had an experience of them. How long does it take and how much did they charge?

Believe it or not every car is a little different.

I tend to recommend to people that they remove the unused CD stacker.

01/2010 is the latest version in E class. There is a newer version for the Vans. Info on this is in the NTG2.5 FAQ on Mercedes Electronics upgrades, installation and retrofits

The 01/2010 disk contains *lots* of software and different software gets applied based on the configutation in your car. Everything on the MOST fibre optic network gets updated when you do an update.
