Thread: RADIO stuck on 00.0 [comand 2.5 w220 my2000]

2000 S500
would love a diagnosis or instructions on how to diagnose before i throw parts at it. I am selling the car and want it to be right for the next owner.
symptoms
upon start up of the car radio goes to 00.0 FM
you cannot "tune" or try to look for other stations.
cd player functions normally
base/treble etc return to factory settings upon start up
time resets to Yukon time upon start up

what i have tried.
battery disconnect for 30 mins
pulled fuse under rear seat.
reset the COMAND.
any and all input would be greatly appreciated

Sadly I think the tuner in you comand has died so you can either send it to a Bosch service centre for repair or find one on eBay
