Thread: How to change Map (W212 E250 CIG 2009)

Hi there,
I just bought a used W212 E250 CGI yr 2009 from Japan. How do I convert the map from Japan map to Malaysia map? Any advise is greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if the Japan system is the same as anywhere else.

It *may* be possible to delete the existing map (using Star Diagnosis, dealer diagnosis computer) and then install the new map. This is what you would do an a European unit (NTG2.5) going to Malaysia - but that process does not work for the North American units, and probably for the Japan units too sadly ..
