Default phone book for ntg4
I just install ntg4 for my c class but not able to import phone book
Please advise ..

Update the firmware to latest version using latest Star diagnosis and telematics disk.
Ensure you're phone is on the latest firmware too.

If it still doesn't work then you have an incompatible phone and you may need to consider installing the comfort phone system and a more flexible cradle such as viseeo mb2
