i just got a viseeo mb2 and followed the 'instructions' as per the manual in the box. it basically seemed to have synchronised with my blackberry bold 9000, however the Comand is not seeing the Viseeo. The TEL screen is still saying 'NO PHONE' and same on the instrument cluster display. Ive noticed also that the Viseeo would stay ON while Comand and Car is OFF and even locked!

would appreciate any assistance, thnks in advance

(my car 2004 w211 E 270CDI Estate, and Comand software version is 03/2006 (i guess its been upgraded by the previous owner))

You should check that the viseeo is actually piushed onto the connector fully - did the car ever see the phone. And are you sure the phone system was the factory fit one (not the retrofit FSE12)
